    The Ceneft founded in 2000 is now one of the leading independent Russian oil product  retailer. In the seven years of its dynamic development the scale of the company's business has increased more than a hundred times. Geographically, today the company's activities relate to the European part of Russia, the Urals, Siberia, the Ukraine, Belorussia, Kazakhstan and the countries of the European Union.

    The Ceneft has opened offices in some of the largest cities of Russia Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Samara.
. In March 2001 the Ceneft acquired a certificate of partnership from the association of energy producing companies in russia.

The company is an active participant of the capital market trying to offer only the most liquid and the most effective financial instruments. As part of the investment strategy aimed for construction of a VIOC (a vertically integrated oil company):
